The improved Reliant app offers an array of powerful features that make managing your Reliant account quick and convenient. With this app, you can easily track your electricity usage, receive alerts, pay your bill, and even sync your Google Nest thermostat and Goal Zero Yeti.

Ensure your home remains comfortable by connecting and remotely adjusting your Nest thermostat. This feature allows you to stay in control regardless of your location.

Stay informed about your electricity consumption by tracking your usage for electricity, solar, and electric vehicles. You can monitor detailed electricity usage by day, week, month, or year. The app also provides information on projected electricity bills to help you budget effectively. Furthermore, you can track solar generation and consumption and view your Energy Efficiency score. Additionally, the app allows you to sync your electric vehicle to schedule charging, view gas savings, and assess the environmental impact.

To keep you updated, sign up for Reliant Account Alerts, which provide information on your electricity usage, bill due dates, and projected charges. Unfortunately, this feature is not available for customers enrolled in a Reliant prepaid electricity plan.

Paying your bill is made easy with the Reliant app. You have the option to securely pay using a stored credit card or bank account.

If you're participating in a Reliant prepaid electricity plan, the app includes an in-app payment calculator that helps you budget your electricity usage by managing prepaid funds.

In addition to these features, the app allows you to access account essentials such as reviewing plan details and managing account settings. Eligible customers can also renew, transfer, or change their plan directly from the app.

Should you require assistance or have any questions, the app provides convenient 24/7 access to customer support. You can contact customer support, report an outage, find payment locations, and view frequently asked questions.
